EVALUASI TIGA GENOTIPE CABAI RAWIT DI DESA TAWANGARGO, KABUPATEN MALANG

ABSTRAKCabai rawit (Capsicum frutescens L.) merupakan tanaman hortikultura penting. Produktivitas cabai terus meningkat, tetapi masih di bawah potensi hasilnya. Alternatif untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan kualitas adalah dengan perakitan varietas unggul. Varietas unggul dapat dirakit apabila tersedia plasma nutfah atau sumberdaya genetik yang mempunyai karakter sesuai sifat diiinginkan. Untuk mendapatkan genotipe perlu dilakukan evaluasi penampilan dari beberapa telah dikumpulkan. Karakter-karakter akan dievaluasi setidaknya memiliki 1 keunggulan dibandingkan hibrida sudah ada. Pada diamati antaranya tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, lebar tajuk, umur berbunga, panen, jumlah buah per bobot buah, tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui stabilitas adaptasi spesifik wilayah terhadap hasil komponen dilaksanakan Desa Tawangargo Kecamatan Karangploso Kabupaten Malang pada 3 rawit. Data dianalisa uji normalitas apakah data variabel berdistribusi normal tidak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan. diamati, saat bobot/buah buah/tanaman semuanya terdistribusi secara tidak terdapat pencilan. Tiga morfologi seragam posisi bunga bentuk pangkal warna matang. Genotipe A04 berbunga panen paling cepat selain itu keunikan muda berwarna ungu. tertinggi 2 lainnya. ABSTRACTCayenne pepper is an important horticultural crop.
